Currently being co-designed with Mayo-Clinic, this experiences is being designed for use as part of an internal workshop addressing microaggression and navigation of conversations regarding equality, inclusion, diversity, and racism.
The objective of the VR experience is to:
- Immerse in a lived experience of an individual different the oneself
- Promote skill development to acknowledge exclusion, intervene, role model, and coach around inclusive behavior
- Prepare leaders to engage in cultural movements to eradicate racism
- Measure data (retention metrics, Sirota survey data, other reports) to work towards metric
improvements
